In this workshop you will discover how essential oils can help you reduce your use of chemicals in the home, get to make a real beauty product to suit your skin and create your very own fragrance! 

Barbara Seguel from Seeds to Vitality is a Mumma & Wifey, an Integrative Health & Lifestyle Coach and an Online Entrepreneur living in gorgeous Jervis Bay. She is a big advocate for all things Health, Wealth, Freedom and Joy. Barbara takes women into a journey to learn how to be empowered to take their health and wellness to a next level. She believes that using and making your own sustainable products is not only great for your skin and overall health but also good for the environment we live in, hence why she shows others simple ways to make their own cleaning and self care products. Barbara encourages people to do what they love and to live their passions so they can create the lifestyle they envision, but most importantly, to enjoy the process 😉

In this workshop, Barbara will start by introducing you to the benefits of essential oils and demonstrate their many uses for your home, your health and wellness.

You will then get to put this into practice by making 3 products.

First, you will make your own surface spray (200ml spray) for the home, with zero chemicals! Second, you’ll whip up your own 100% natural body scrub (200ml jar). Finally you will get to choose oils to make your very own 10ml perfume roller. Barbara will teach you the meaning behind each oil, how to blend and choose intuitively.

You will take home your 3 creations as well as workshop notes and an information booklet.

If we have to cancel a class due to minimum class numbers not being met, or a cancellation from a creative for some reason, we may do so at any time prior to the class scheduled date and time. You will receive a full refund OR you can choose to attend another class of the same value.
